I don't work for Bose but I can say I had a soundsport wired (not wireless), that kept draining when I was not using it last year. In other words, I would get it to 100% and the next day turn it on and it was already at a much lower %. In my case, it turned out to be fixed by a firmware upgrade. So I am reasonably sure, if you talk to Bose, as part of the troubleshooting they will ask you to reinitialize everything (unpair all the devices from BOTH ends) and make sure you have the current firmware. That may not fix you particular soundsport, but it is worth trying as your first step. Now if I charge to 100% and come back some days later it is still at 100%.
