Disappointed with the headphones, got theme in Nov 2018 and now they don’t even turn on. Left them on charge overnight as I always do, in the morning took them with me and press on the putt on as much as like I got nothing no sign of life what so ever, charging light flashes amber but nothing happens after that. Tried a few trouble shooting steps but nothing. I got the item online, what’s the next step that I could try?

I am also facing the same issue. I tried connecting the earphones with the Bose app to update the firmware but that is also not working for me.
Maybe you can try updating firmware for your device. It may work.

Yeah thanks, been battling with your local support team to get these stupid will never buy again headphones flxed. The level of silliness it’s beyond anything I ever experienced. It just goes from bad to worse.
