Sound pausing in bose 25 quietcomfort

Hello,

I have this issue with my bose 25, where pushing lightly the headset on my head to fix its position or pulling it lightly to take them off, while the noise cancelling is on, causes the sound to be paused.

Any idea what may be causing this?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Patrick,

It seems that manipulating the cord had no effect on the sound. I feel a little embarrassed to say that it probably was an issue with the battery. When I changed it, the pausing stopped.

Thank you for your time and your patience.

Re: Sound pausing in bose 25 quietcomfort

Hi Molly23k,

Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting. I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this - it sounds quite frustrating. It's possible that there could be an issue with the audio cable and the headset is detecting that it has become disconnected. Does the issue also occur if you manipulate the cable whilst making sure the keep the headphones steady?

Looking forward to your reply,
