Sound sports free, after pausing can't resume the song

Hello, 

I have an issue with my earbuds, i can pause, skip to previous or next songs, after i paused i just can't resume the song again, i got open my phone and press the play button on my screen to resume...

I got Androids phone (Google Pixel XL), Music Apps (Xiami and Spotify). 

I have updated to the latest firmware

Thank you for reaching out to the community, and sorry to hear about the trouble you ran into. Does this happen with all your Bluetooth devices? Are you able to test this to confirm? 

Also, what about on other music apps such as Pandora, Spotify, etc?

Thank You Mohsin_S, i have connected to my old Sony Phone with same app, and the resume button worked...then i went to connect to my current Google Pixel XL, and it worked for once...Lol i guess it's probably my phone's issue...
