Sound stop for half second while playing bluetooth Qc35 II

When music is playing through bluetooth and spotify with my Android Lg G6+ the sound stops like for 0.5 second each 3 or 4 minutes, like is losing connection, the phone is not far from me, it's like 1 meter of distance. It's not for internet streaming because I'm connected to 4G network that is pretty good here.

Thanks for your post and thank you for proving us with that information. 


Firstly, I would recommend that you perform a product reset on your headphones. This can be performed via: 


  • Turn off the headset and wait 30 seconds
  • Plug the headset into a wall outlet using a USB charger, then wait 5 seconds
  • Unplug the USB cord from the headset and wait 1 minute
  • Turn on the headset


I would also recommend that you attempt to use a different streaming source to see if the issue persists, as well as attempting to use the headphones on another device.
