SoundSport Free on firmware 2.5.6

So I've updated my SoundSport Free to the long awaited firmware update hoping that it would fix the many issues this so called premium product has.

- Video audio lag fix - NOPE

- Left earbud cutting out fix - NOPE

- Sound on both earbuds when mic is on - NOPE

So what did I waste an hour updating the product for?

Dissapointment after dissapointment.

Pointless to speak to support, I got these yesterday and they are terrible, I googled the video lag issue and seems like this has happened since day 1 what a waste of money.

If you haven't fixed it by now you never will,you should really be pulling this product all together. I'm taking mine back tomorrow

I’m in the same boat as you...just a terrible, shoddy product that’s compounded by even worse customer service. I have nearly a dozen Bose products but can safely say that after this experience my next purchase will be B&O.

I’d also be interested to know how many disgruntled customers would be interested in a class-action against Bose...
