SoundSport volume very low

Hi,

I have the blue SoundSport headphones, I really enjoy them but within the last month the volume has become very low. The volume used to play very loud but now I can hardly hear it when I go running or at the gym. I have the iPhone 7 and tried a iPhone 6 the other day and same volume issues. I tried charging, shutting off etc. but no change.

Can you please help.

Thanks for posting in the Community!  Sorry to hear about the troubles, but would be happy to help!

 

  • Can you confirm if these are the SoundSport Wireless headset or the SoundSport Free?  
  • Can you try clearing the pairing list on the headset and removing the headset from the mobile devices and start a new pairing?
  • Also, can you see if you can adjust the volume in the Bose Connect app?

They are the SoundSport wireless, green.

Thanks for that but unfortunately tried all of that and none of it worked.

They aren’t super old either I got them in April. Do you know anything else I can do?
