Hi,
My bose soundlink on-ear headphone cohesion had been damaged and for replacement of the same I had submitted it to the service center but unfortunately when it returned back, it's not getting charged.
I have tried all the ways mentioned over the Bose support center even its software is not updating.

Were your headphones repaired or did you receive a replacement headset? I would just like to ensure I fully understand your post.
Can you please inform us on the steps you have already performed so that we do not re-advise you?
