I can connect to my iphone but when I mirror the iphone to my TV, the sound stops working on my earbuds.
I have done this with many other brands of much cheaper pods.
Thank you for reaching out to us, and sorry for the trouble you've run into.
If you unpair the headphones and try mirroring, where does the sound supposed to come out from? For example, is the audio produced from your phone or TV?
Can you also make sure the volume levels are up?

If paired to the phone, sound comes out of earbuds. Once mirrored to the TV the sound stops and doesnt come out of anywhere.
If unpaired - the sound comes out of the tv.
If unpaired or no buds, sound comes out of phone - once mirrored, sound comes out of tv.
@email@example.com Thank you for the update!
It looks like the audio and video signal is sent to the TV when mirroring, and iPhone will not split the two signals. Unless you have Bluetooth on your TV to output the sound to the headphones, the sound will continue to come out from the TV.
Let me know if that helps at all. You may want to reach out to Apple Support for further information.
Thank you again,
I have used 3 other wireless bluetooth earbuds from other manufacturers with this tv and phone setup and they have worked just fine when mirroring.
This is a problem specific to these soundsports.
Thanks for the update. Can you tell us how you're mirroring your iPhone? Through an Apple TV? Please include the version if you can.
Thanks for that information. Are you using a specific app that is being mirrored to the Apple TV? Please try checking the audio settings inside the app to see if you can switch to the output to your phone.
Also, does your TV have Bluetooth? Have you tried pairing them to the TV?
Thank you again,
