Good morning, I am a VERY huge fan of Bose and it's products. I am however a little unsatisfied with my current product. I have a pair of soundsport wireless headphones, sound quality is tremendous but my issue is with the button where you can toggle back and forth between connected devices and the volume switch-speaker...both parts have the acutal "rubber/plastic" coming off hindering me from answering my phone or being able to switch from any connected devices. Can anyone help me with sending these in for repair? These were a birthday gift and I no longer have the box it came in. I can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org...thank you.
I have the same problem. Got a replacement from Bose. New ones doing the same thing after 3 months.
When I contacted them they indicated it was a problem I caused. But they would be "gracious" and allow me a one time replacement. Several other posts have reported the same issue. Bose has a problem the don't want to admit.
