Soundsport headphone is not working and no repairing policy by Bose?

My wireless headset left side has no music and right rubber is out, i cannot press the power button. 

I bought my bose sound sport wireless headphone in Thailand around Dec 2016, and few weeks ago the  rubber covering right side of my headset came out and left side sound completly dissapeared. Retail center in thailand said this product is out of warranty and is unrepairable!! They offered me 20% off the same product. 

Please let me know if its just this particular retailer policy cannot fix the product? Is there any where else i can go and get this fixed. I Spent $200 on this, one of the most expensive wireless headsets, and i would like to get it fixed.
