Hello,
I have QC 35 for 1.5 years. It worked perferct.
Yesterday it failed connection to my iPhone. Blootooth (blue light) did not work. I called support but they couldn't help me.
After playing around and for unknown to me reason I was able to re-establish connection to my phone but now I have white light running all the time. It's not flashing, it's not go off in 10 sec as it supposed to ... but it's on all the time. Even when the headset is off.
Do you know how I could fix it?
Does it have some option like reset to default or etc?
I am happy that could connect to phone but I assume that running light could cause some issues like drain the battery or etc
Any suggestions or heads-up?
