TV pairing

In order to connect the Noise Canceling headphones to a tv without losing the sound from the tv itself, do you need to utilize a soundbar? If not, does anyone know what we may be doing wrong? Thanks!

Hello @DebbieLynn,

Thanks for taking the time to post, and welcome to the Community!

To get audio from both of these sources, this would depend entirely on the TV.

If your TV has the option within the settings to select multiple output sources (E.G Bluetooth AND Optical cable; or TV Speakers AND HDMI ARC) then this should be manageable from here.

Otherwise, if your TV does not have this option, then you may be able to use a cable splitter to get audio through a cable to 2 output sources, but not to come from the TV itself (E.g Headphones and a speaker).

In this situation, it may be helpful to refer to your owners manual for your TV to see if this is possible!

I hope this clears this up for you!

Re: TV pairing

Some TVs have an option for Multi-ouput Audio, which allows the sound to go through the TV speakers and Bluetooth or AC jack at the same time.
