Video slows down.

When I paired my QC35 to my pc running windows 10 the video feed on Youtube etc slows way down and When I remove the device from my settings file the video speeds up but the audio on my wired headphones is staticy and cuts in and out.

Thanks for posting. That is unusual behavior. If I could ask, can you listen to music from the PC?  Also, can you watch YouTube from a mobile device without issue?

I am having the same problem. Anytime I connect QC 35 to PC with windows 10, the video get into slow motion.

As soon as I turn off the headphone, the video come back to normal speed.

 

I would liuke Bose tech support to look into this.

Hey @t20t40, sorry to hear about that. I was doing a test myself with a QC35 paired with a Windows 10 machine here and did not notice my video streams to slow down(Youtube, and local content). It might be worth double checking for updates for the display and Bluetooth adapters if you have not already. Have you tested this with another device such as a smartphone or tablet?
