Warranty renewal

Having a defect in Bose QC 35 ii, I got my headphones replaced for a new set of headphones. So, will my warranty be renewed because I've received a new product?

In regards to your query, if your headphones are serviced by us, in most cases, you will receive a one-year service warranty.

Please note that this does depend on your region and different regions may have different policies. For the most accurate information, reach out to your local Customer Support.

I hope this helps! If you need any further assistance, please reach out to us again!
