Wireless headphones won't work/charge

My wireless headset won't charge.  Is there a replacement battery to replace with?

Hello,

 

I have the same issue, my product is qc35 ii. no lights, no sound, nothing. Only a brief blink of green light when I connect it to usb. Then, nothing.

Hi @yesilpelikan thank you for writing in! Sorry to hear you are having this issue with your headset. Just a few things that you should see when you plug it in to charge are:

 

  • While charging, the battery indicator below the volume down button blinks amber.
  • When the battery is fully charged, the battery indicator glows green.

Can you verify that?

 

Let's also try giving it a reboot to see if that helps:

 

To reboot the headset

  • Turn the headset off and wait for 30 seconds.
  • Plug the headset into a USB power supply via USB cord and wait 5 seconds. (Power supply needs to be plugged into the wall with power on).
  • Unplug USB cord from headset and wait 1 minute.
  • Turn on the headset and test if the headset works properly.

Thanks for the response Mohsin.

 

I can verify that I know what are charging indicators.

 

There is no light on my headset during charging attempt neither from computer or wall outlet, and it won't turn on. I tried resetting, but unfortunately no response.
