My wireless headset won't charge. Is there a replacement battery to replace with?

I have the same issue, my product is qc35 ii. no lights, no sound, nothing. Only a brief blink of green light when I connect it to usb. Then, nothing.

I can verify that I know what are charging indicators.
There is no light on my headset during charging attempt neither from computer or wall outlet, and it won't turn on. I tried resetting, but unfortunately no response.
