noise cancelling without bluetooth

Hello, is it possible to use the qc 35 headphones with noise cancelling and no bluetooth? To be clear, I don't mean just not connected to a device via bluetooth but to not have the bluetooth on at all while still having noise cancelling active.

Thank you,

Derek

Hello Derek! Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community.

The QC35 will automatically connect to previously paired devices when switched on. If no devices are broadcasting their Bluetooth signals, it will continue to broadcast for five minutes in "discoverable" mode. Once it announces, "mobile device not found" the radio turns off but Active Noise Canceling (ANC) remains on. To make the headphones "discoverable" again, simply slide the power switch to the right for a second until you hear "ready to connect" at which point Bluetooth is again transmitting. Alternatively, when the aux cable is plugged in, the Bluetooth radio is disabled and ANC remains on. Hope this helps!

Best Regards,

Re: noise cancelling without bluetooth

Hi I got the headphones to work through the aux cord however sound is only coming through the left ear. Is this correct or is there a way to have sound through both ear phones? Thanks

Hi Kroubal,

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

Are you getting this issue when connected via Bluetooth or when connected to another device?

Kind Regards,
