qc 35 battery life

My QC35 headphones are losing charge when switched off. Left overnight they go from 100% to 40% and run down during the day.

what am i doing wrong?

Doron,

 

Sorry you are having problems with the battery. We would suggest making sure your headphones are up to date using the Bose connect app that you can see HERE. We have a battery troubleshooter you can check out HERE. Also bear in mind after 500 full charging cycles, the expectation is that the battery will retain 80% of its original capacity.Of course, this may vary from user to user but this is the anticipated lifespan of the battery.

Thanks for your prompt answer
Note that i have updated the headphones with the phone app and that the headphones are barnd new and been charged only aprox 5 times. the main problem is that the battery drains even when the headphones are not in use and are in off position.
