Sorry you are having problems with the battery. We would suggest making sure your headphones are up to date using the Bose connect app that you can see HERE. We have a battery troubleshooter you can check out HERE. Also bear in mind after 500 full charging cycles, the expectation is that the battery will retain 80% of its original capacity.Of course, this may vary from user to user but this is the anticipated lifespan of the battery.
