Will not completly charge and will not complete software update?

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community! I am so sorry to hear about that. Could I ask a few questions? 

 

  • You mention they won't completely charge, how much of a charge are you getting? 
  • Are you able to use the headset at all?
  • Regarding updating, have you tried updating from your computer by going to btu.bose.com?
