Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce
MY BOSE QC30 HEADPHONES RECENTLY HAVE RUN OUT OF POWER SHORTLY AFTER A FULL CHARGE. LAST NIGHT THEY GOT A FULL CHARGE, AND I CHECKED THE BATTERY AT 90% BEFORE THEY RAN OUT OF POWER. I realize that i bought them in January 2020. Bose said that they are sorry, these products do not generate a repair, it is replaced without cost when it is within warranty. Since it is out of warranty, they won't repair it. I'm very dissatisfied with the service.
