Charger cable out of stock.... forever ???

Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce:

Been waiting a month after ordering the USB-C charger cable for my headphones. Thetre are out of stock and don't know ( strange that ! ) when they will have stock. Does anyone know where I can buy a compatible cable online ? Thanks, FF

 

What environment do you experience the issue in? (e.g. noisy office, quiet kitchen, etc.)

 

When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?

 

Any troubleshooting steps you took

What region are you located in? Have you contacted support to be given an estimate on when cables are expected to be back? I'd recommend reaching out once more to get an update as there may have been a change in the intake of the cable.

I am in Canada, in the Province of Quebec, north of Montreal, population three million.

Yes, I have been monitoring the progress of my order online ( basically no progress since placing the order online February 26th.... always " processing" as a message ) and I called and spoke to a customer representative yesterday, March 20.

I was tols there is no stock in Canada , none in the USA and no idea when the product will be available.

The last comment astounds me.

This is a basic charging cable. When I deal with other companies, e.g Patagonia, Apple, they KNOW when their out of stock items will be replenished. Bose seems to be out of touch with their suppliers on this file.

I have a simple question:

Where can I purchase a USB-C cable compatible with Bose headphones since Bose appears unable to supply the product ?
