Returnnightmare

Returned my headphones in warranty. Received a USED pair as a replacement. Asked for a full refund. Returned the replacement pair. Received by Bose on 12/21/20. Still no credit. No one at Bose will help with credit. So disappointed in Bose. Long time customer. Not anymore. Beware.
