Bose Hearphone left ear bud slips out

I have been using my hearphone for quite a while. I have tried all three sizes of ear buds and none of them is neither comfortable nor stays put. Even the smalles size keeps popping out of my left year. I watched the video for proper insertion but it did not help.  It will not stay put for more than 15 minutes and has to be pushed and twisted again and again.

Any ideas?

I wish there was a bone conduction model available for hearphone as well.

Re: Bose Hearphone left ear bud slips out

Hi, noon jeem.

Thank you for joining the Bose Hear Community. I'm sorry you're having trouble with the left StayHear+ ear tip falling out.

Please try the medium-sized StayHear+ ear tip for your left ear. You don't need to change the right side if it's working for you. The fit should be snugger, and it may stay in longer.

I understand you've already looked at a video. There are a couple of videos. In this one below, you'll see, you shouldn't have to press very hard or twist very far.
