Hello. Am in the US, on East Coast. Have used Hearphones for 2 years -- good experience!. So, purchased a pair for my brother in another town, by mail. He's trying to set it up, gets no response from the Hearphones--no light when he plugs them in, nothing. What do I do now, would so like someone to help me decide if I've purchased a lemon or if not doing something right before i send them back. So disappointed!
