More information about my repair order

My Hearphones were sent back for repair. what are they to be replaced with?  Seems your Hearphones are no longer going to be made and sold.  For poor hearing people are the new $279.00 earbuds a better product? I cannot seem to be able to set World volume high enough to get enough volume to hear well.  I was wait for your proposed hearing aids but so far nothing!   Would like info and suggestions on the 3 products.  Thanks

I'm sorry you had a problem with your Bose Hearphones. As for your specific repair order, it's best to contact Bose Support through whichever means you used to set up the return or call Bose Hearphones Support - 1 800-761-2673. Please have your repair order number handy.

 

I can't recommend other earbuds to replace the conversation enhancing feature in Bose Hearphones.  I'm sorry, I don't have any further information about products that may be coming.
