I have the Bose 321 GSX connected to a Samsung UN26C4000PD TV and Comcast cable modem. When I put a DVD into the Bose and play it, I get audio through the Bose speakers. When I turn on the TV and switch the Bose to TV source, I get no audio from the Bose speakers. Does anybody know why?
I have the same problem. Did you ever get it solved?
Hello gwinel,
Thanks for reaching out, I am sorry to hear that you are only getting audio with DVD and not TV.
Do you also own the 321 GSX system?
What TV model do you own?
How do you have your system connected to your TV?
Please let us know, we would love to do what we can to get this resolved for you.
I have the same problem and am currently using a sound bar. The Bose Store recommended an RCA cable. I prefer the sound from the Bose.
Hi there @Ivylee, thank you for your post and welcome!
Can you tell me if you have the 321 GSX as well?
How do you currently have it connected to your TV?
I look forward to hearing from you!
I ha e the 321 GSX AND IT IS CONNECTED WITH A CABLE RECOMMENDED BY THE BOSE STORE
hello sir can tell me exact details
The connections worked with an older tv. The problem is with a newer Sony smart tv.
On our 321, the TV and AUX inputs are user settings; they can be set in the Settings menu. The TV can be set to optical, or the AUX to RCA, and so on. You might try getting the Bose console menu on your screen and drilling down to these settings to ensure they're matching the physical connections on the back. Good luck!
Thanks for the help. Where do I access the settings? re they on the TV settings?
