Good question, thanks for posting. The 5 CD changer for the Acoustic Wave uses a red and white RCA connection. Depending on Wave system you have it will have either a red and white AUX input or a 3.5mm AUX input. If it is the red and white you can connect directly if it is the 3.5mm you will need a common adapter. You would then use the AUX input to play audio through, but the remote for the Wave and the remote for the changer will not operate each other. We hope this helps and you have a great day.
