i have a problem with my connection


i don t see the bose with my phone or another phone

i have the good message on the bose but no Bluetooth near the phone (iphone 7 or iphone 6s )   maybe i must update my product ?   but i don t have any CD upgrade   possible to download ?   thnaks for your answer

Have you attempted to clear the pairing list on the Wave Bluetooth Adapter and then try to re-pair once more?


You can do this by first turning the system into BT mode, then pressing and holding the Presets 6 button on the remote for 10 seconds until you hear a tone. This will clear the Bluetooth memory of the adapter and place it back into pairing mode.
