Acustimass 10 subwoofer doesn’t power on with the receiver

Can somebody help me? I have a Bose Acoustimass 10 III that used to work perfectly with my Onkyo Tx-nr626. Recently the subwoofer stoped powering on with the receiver, and I have to take the power plug off and put it on to turn it on, how can I fix it?

Thanks for the post, and welcome to the community.

Just to confirm, have you checked the five pairs of speaker wires that go from the bass module to the Onkyo receiver?  As well, the round LFE connector is plugged in?
