Bose Cinemate series 2

Hello,

I noticed my subwoofer is not working, I unplugged both the speakers and there was very little volume, I tried turning on and off volume, also tried unplug for 60 secs and plugged in back but still having problems. I also noticed that Optical fiber cable didnt have light on 1 end so i tried with WHite and Red cable but still has the same problem. Unit is 6 years old and it was working fine. Please help. Thanks

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your Cinemate II Subwoofer. Thank you for having an attempt at some troubleshooting.
