Where do you run into the issue?

 

When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?

I'm sorry to hear of the difficulty you are experiencing with the sound on your LifeStyle 600 system and will be more than happy to help you!

 

Have you always had your system connected via optical? The reason I ask is that we may need to tell the system that you now wish to connect in a different way for your audio. You can do this by pressing the system button and scrolling down to 'Advanced TV Audio Set up' and selecting optical.

I have followed the steps provided here to trouble shoot but no luck !!
