Bose Solo 5 will not turn on

I have had my Bose for less than a year and for the past month I have not been able to get it to turn on.  One day it was working and the next it wasn't.  I tested the the power cable to ensure it did not short out and confirmed that power is being filtered to the system. I tested the the power connections through to the circuit board and again confirmed power.  That is as far as I know how to go so am not sure why it isn't working.  I changed the battery in the remote (just in case) and programed it to a TV, the remote works, the BOSE still won't turn on.  AM I missing something simple or do I have a nice paper weight?
