Bose Solo stopped working

Bose Solo not powering on.. Tried the reset and nothing.. Any suggestions?

Hello NormShabby! Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community.

 

I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble, but would be glad to help!  

 

To confirm, you have the original Solo TV Sound System correct? If so, you might try the reset steps one more time, paying special attention to the 5 minute wait (Important!), just to be sure. Those steps are as follows: 

 

  1. Turn the product off
  2. Unplug the power cord from the power outlet
  3. Wait 5 minutes
  4. Reconnect the power cord. An ascending tone is heard within 10 seconds to confirm power is connected
  5. Wait 30 seconds
  6. Retest the system

 

If the reset is not successful then I would recommend contacting Customer Support who can advise you of available service options. Their contact information is HERE. Just select your region, and kindly scroll down to where you see "contact us".
