Solved! Solution.
Hi, the error message was in Bose Music app when I tried to play something. I also removed power overnight.
This morning I called Bose Support Italy but we did not manage to make the Soundbar work again, so it will be replaced.

Try powering both TV and soundbar off for at least 3 hours . This worked for me

Where did you see that error message? Was it in the Bose Music app?
As well, your firmware version is up to date.
Have you removed power from the system for a minute, then plugged it back in?
