Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. I am sorry to hear that you are having issues charging your SoundLink Color II and I would love to recommend some steps to resolve this.
Firstly, I would recommend that you ensure that your product is running the latest software version via Btu.bose.com as well as performing a product reset this can be done by turning on your speaker, then press and hold the Power button for about 10 seconds until the Bluetooth light blinks blue and a voice prompt instructs you to select a language.
