Are you able to change the video output of the XB1 and limit it to 1080p60? The tearing and artifacts may be caused by an incompatible video format being sent to the Bose console.

If you press and hold down the "Setup" button on the front of the console, a "System Information" screen will appear on the TV. What is the console software version (Line 5) listed as? If it is earlier than 02.11.01, we'll want to run an update on the console.
