Thank you for reaching out to us for help with this. If the CDs are not ejecting from your Wave system, we would suggest resetting the system by unplugging it for a full two minutes. When you plug it back in, it should say "Please Wait" momentarily and then spit the discs right out. If for any reason the issue persists, we'd suggest getting in touch with your local service HERE.
Thanks, Ryan, for your suggestion. It worked at expelling all but one of the cds. I called customer service and received even more terrific help. My changer is now in their hands and I'm promised it and the cd will be returned "as good as new." Many thanks.
