Gents, My 2 acoustimass are generating crakling noises since the last update. I've disconnected and reconnected both speakers to no available. It's frustrating when one is watching a movie or documentary. The crackles distract.
Thanks for posting, I'm sorry to hear about the issue, but I'd be glad to help you out with issue. There is something I would like you to try if possible. A reset to the console can be found, HERE.
Also, does the issue happen while only one Acoustimass module is connected to the console? Does this happen on all content that is being played through the Lifestyle system or just a particular source?
