I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with your Bose remote control.
(We have removed your serial number as this is not permitted on the Community as per our guidelines.)
It sounds like the contact may have deteriorated or corrupted on the remote. As a means of testing, I would recommend testing a new CR2032 battery but if that doesn't resolve the problem, I would encourage you to reach out to our support team via this link.
