Bose700 app keeps saying connection lost and will not reconnect

Bose 700 sound bar keeps saying connection lost to this product and will not reconnect on app,I have turned system off at power source several times But will reconnect(I did have system connected earlier but but it’s saying connection lost again any ideas?

I'm sorry to hear of the issues you are experiencing with your Soundbar 700, I'll be more than happy to help!

 

Can you tell me if you have a dual-band network?

 

I would recommend checking to see if your source device is connected to the same network as you Soundbar 700.
