Brand new BOSE HT, Speaker cable loose

Bose product name - Bose Acoustimass 10 Series V

Country - USA

Brand new Home Theater system, ordered during Thanksgiving and received it two days back. The 50ft Speaker cable for Rear Right is loose and not latching on to the speaker. How do I go about fixing it or get a replacement?
