The Bose Community Forum was launched at a time when robust online support was not available for Bose customers. Over the past several years we have added new online service channels that provide a more interactive and complete digital experience. Additionally, we have enhanced the My Bose Account capabilities to deliver a more personalized and self-service experience. As a result, Bose has made the decision to close Community Forum for Consumer electronics products on September 30th. The Bose Pro portion of the Community will still operate as usual.

CInemark 1 SR

My soundbar will not turn on.  The Acoustimas is blinking orange.  I have changed the batteries on the remote.

Welcome to the community, thanks for reaching out. I am very sorry to hear that you're unable to get your soundbar to respond. 

 

Thanks for changing the batteries in your remote, this was a good first step to perform. I'd love to get some further details if you wouldn't mind. 

 

Does there appear to be any LED's on the Cinemate 1SR soundbar?

 

As for the orange LED, is this a continuous slow blinking or does this provide 2 short blinks every 3 seconds?

 

Has there recently been any changes in your setup?
