Hello SS044,
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Bose Community.
I'm sorry to hear that you're having some audio issues with your Lifestyle 135.
Do you experience this with any other sources, including internal sources such as AM/FM or CD/DVD?
Has this always happened, or a recent problem that you have encountered?
I'd initially recommend resetting your Lifestyle 135 by removing power for 30 seconds and reconnect.
I look forward to hearing back from you.
Warm regards,
Charlotte G - Community Support
No other issues AM/FM or CD/DVD.
Recent since Disney+ came online. Has been a long term problem with Netflix but there is an audio option (English stereo) to select to avoid the issue.
Hello SS044,
Thanks for getting back to us.
Just to confirm, has the problem now been resolved?
I look forward to hearing back from you.
Kind Regards,
Vicky W
No it is still an issue with Disney+. No options to change the audio feed.
I am also having sound cutting in and out on Netflix , amazon, Disney+... everything I use. It’s only a certain frequency, coming from the acoustimass I think . Can I get a technician out ?
Hi Both,
Thank you for coming back to us!
Can you tell me which series of LifeStyle 135 you have?
Is your chromecast connected directly to the TV or through the LifeStyle?
How do you have your TV connected to your system?
@Dclarke, Regarding a technician, this is not something I can advise through this platform. For more information, I would recommend reaching out to your local technical support team. Click the LINK HERE, select your country and scroll down to 'Contact Us'. They will be more than happy to assist you!
I look forward to hearing from you!
Kindest,
