Cinemate 1SR home theater system

My subwoofer keeps cutting out. The white light stays on the sound bar and the sound continues from same. What's going on?

Hi there,

 

Thank you for your post, and I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're having with the bass module.

 

Since the bass module is wireless, there may be some interference in the area that could be causing it to drop out.  Have you put in any new wireless devices recently like routers or wireless cameras?

 

How long will the bass cut out for?  When it does cut out, what happens to the LED on the back of the bass module? Does it change at all?

The light on the soundbar now is solid red. What do I do?

Thanks for the reply.  The solid red LED indicates that there is a system failure.  I would recommend reaching out to your local support team by clicking HERE for service.  Just select your country and Contact Us at the bottom of the page.
