Thank you for your post, and I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're having with the bass module.
Since the bass module is wireless, there may be some interference in the area that could be causing it to drop out. Have you put in any new wireless devices recently like routers or wireless cameras?
How long will the bass cut out for? When it does cut out, what happens to the LED on the back of the bass module? Does it change at all?
