I have written a number of times and have talked directly to Bose regarding this issue. My Cinemate II has a subwoofer that will cut in and out. Bose said it in all likelihood it is being caused by other wireless divices interferring with the Bose subwoofer. They offered to send a cable so that it wouldn't be relying on a wireless signal. Turned out that that wasn't the problem and I never got a cable.
I love Bose and have a number of their devices. So what's up now?
