I'm sorry that you're experiencing this. Can you try try to unplug the system from the outlet for a solid 60 seconds and re-test? Also, can you verify that the outlet itself is working normally? One of the easiest ways to test this is to connect another device to the same receptacle, like a lamp. If the outlet works and the reset doesn't help, please reach out to your local service group so they can assist.
