Companion 2 Series II Not working sinc last windows update

Hi !

is there a driver available ? 

Speakers work with other device, but I haven't been abble to have any sound on my home-computer. 

any advice ?

Hi Dothex,

 

The Companion 2 works via a 3.5mm jack. Which means it uses the headphone or speaker output port on your computer. So this means there are no drivers for our speakers. However you may need to update or configure your current audio output drivers.

 

Another thing you may want to check would be which device your computer is outputting to. You can find this out by following these instructions:

  1. On the task bar look for the speaker icon. (Usually located in the bottom right)
  2. Right click this and select playback devices.
  3. You should then see a green check mark indicating which device is selected to output audio.

Let us know what you see, hopefully we can find a resolution for this.

I suspect the problem is with your PC's sound card as no drivers required for the Companion.
