Companion 3 Series 2

Hi My Bose companion 3 II seris is not powering on. I connected to 220V using a step down tranformer (110v 500w). It was working for sometime but suddenlt after few hours the system got heated and indicator light gone off. After that it wasn on working.

Any help on what could cause this issue. I have searched for similiar issue on the net some suggests it could be of the fuse blown up. How do I replace the fuse ? Is is available in the market ?.

Re: Companion 3 Series 2

Hi harrison.rex,

Thanks for the post, and sorry to hear about the issues you're having.

The Companion 3 II doesn't have any user serviceable internal parts, so my recommendation would be to contact your local support center to arrange for repair.

If you have any other questions, please let us know.

Best Regards,

Brandon - Bose Support
